Planned community with both 25 unit Multifamily building and 13 luxury townhomes. This project featured a 1 story steel and concrete deck podium that allowed for parking underneath on the first floor, a retail space and a storm water basin in the common area servicing both the townhomes and multifamily building. In addition, the fire suppression system was designed and built for the entire community.
